You can look for a qualified mental health professional in your area. If you are feeling suicidal call emergency services at once. If someone you know is suffering encourage them to get help or call emergency personnel in a life and death situation.

Talking to a therapist can help you. A lot of times just getting off your chest what you are going through can be extremely beneficial. Turn to a trusted family member or pastor to speak to as well.

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” 1 Thessolonians 5:11

“That is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.” Romans 1:12

Do not give up faith on your journey to mental illness.

“And they said, ‘Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.’” Acts 16:31
