If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and very sad you may be suffering from anxiety or depression. If you think you need to talk to someone do not delay. You can look for a qualified mental health professional in your area. If you are feeling suicidal call emergency services at once. If someone you know is suffering encourage them to get help or call emergency personnel in a life and death situation.
Talking to a therapist can help you. A lot of times just getting off your chest what you are going through can be extremely beneficial. Turn to a trusted family member or pastor to speak to as well.
